‘Exploring the Blue’
Original Oil Painting of Fastnet Lighthouse off the County Cork Coast in Ireland. A group of us were on a Whale watching trip in this area. We were staying on the wonderful Cape Clear Island and we went on a boat trip to try spot some of the amazing Sealife that this area is famous for. Unfortunately the Whales very shy that day so we took a trip out to this Lighthouse. This is my study of some pictures I took that day, I exaggerated the shadows and the blue hues that were reflecting from the water to produce the final result
