Sales of Original Artwork are final, returns are not accepted unless the Artwork is damaged during shipping, during which time there may or may not be an Insurance claim. Terms of Delivery will be set out as part of the Purchase Process

Prints, Limited Edition Prints, Graphite Prints, Merchandise, Homeware, Apparel and Gifts

These items are Produced on a ‘Print on Demand’ basis, which means that all products are unique and produced only when ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, colour or you simply change your mind. However, in the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we can arrange a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of the product delivery. Please use the ‘Contact us Page’ and provide clear photo or photos or video showing the issue and detail in writing what exactly is the fault. If there is an issue with other products purchased at the same time, these need to be documented and photographed as well
